Seiler, Singleton & Associates, P.A. (“Seiler, Singleton & Associates, P.A.”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) governs how we treat the information that we collect and receive from you in connection you’re your use of the SMS Services which we make available to you through a third-party service policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our SMS Terms and Conditions

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your Personal Information in connection with your use of the services to receive short message services and/or multi-media services for marketing and non-marketing purposes from us (“SMS Services”).  This Privacy Policy is strictly limited to the SMS Services described herein and does not relate to the collection or use of Personal Information through any of our other services. In addition, it has no effect on and is unrelated to any other privacy policy(ies), if any, that may govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts.

As part of the services that we provide, we collect Personal Information from our clients. We sometimes use this information, including email addresses and mobile numbers, for two-factor authentication to access electronic documents containing Personal Information and for electronically signing documents, including IRS e-filing forms. 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Personal Information we collect about you through your use of the SMS Services may include first name, last name, mobile number, address, email address, job title, and birthday.

We may use cookies or similar technologies on our website or websites associated with the SMS Services to automatically collect your interactions with any URL links included in the Messages.

We collect your Personal Information through paper forms, through forms on our website, and by verbally receiving Personal Information from you.

The accuracy of your contact information is critical for the delivery of text messages. Should any of your contact information change, including ownership of your telephone numbers, you agree to immediately notify us before the change goes into effect by emailing us at info@seilersingleton.com.

No mobile information obtained as part of SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in performing essential business functions, such as payment processing, customer support, and website maintenance. We may also share text message opt-in consents or related mobile telephone numbers with our service providers and vendors that we use to provide our SMS Services.

OPTING IN

A mobile user might opt-in by entering a phone number online, texting JOIN to our mobile numbers, or filling out a paper or electronic form that includes their mobile number.

OPTING OUT

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us.

ELIGIBILITY

To receive SMS Services, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Privacy Policy on our website, and the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Please review it frequently. By continuing to use the SMS Services after any such changes have been made, you accept and agree to the  updates to the Privacy Policy.
